Another relatively quiet week for Microsoft was dominated by the official release of Office 2016 for Windows, the latest version of its widely adopted suite of business productivity applications.
The new Office has a greater emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, inlcuding real-time co-authoring of documents in Word, and is the first release of the platform since the launch of Windows 10.
