Atos' Michele Hyron is the chief integrator for the Olympic Games and is responsible for leading the consortium of IT partners to deliver the infrastructure for the Olympics and Paralympic Games.
Hyron is responsible for managing the team from Atos, the worldwide IT partner for the Games, as well as LOCOG partners and volunteers. Hyron took up her position at the helm of the IT side of the Games' operations four years ago and is perhaps one of the most high-profile figures in this year's event.
As part of V3's partnership with Cisco, we stole a few minutes of Hyron's time on video to ask her about the journey to deliver the infrastructure so far.
In the interview, Hyron discusses both the challenges and the enjoyable moments she has encountered while leading this massive IT project.
