V3.co.uk reporter Rosalie Marshall caught up with James Petter, EMC managing director for the UK, to discuss his new role at the storage firm.
Petter took up his position in March following a two-year period managing EMC's accounts programme.
He discusses the conversations EMC has been having with customers about the cloud, and his plans to continue rebranding EMC as more than just a storage company.
Petter said a year ago that just one in six customers were considering moving to the cloud, but this figure has now jumped to 75 per cent.
