Allen Swann has quit his job as director of alliances at Oracle after 12 years with the database supplier. Until a replacement is found, his management team will continue to run Oracle's indirect business and report directly to Philip Crawford, senior vice president of UK and Ireland. Chris Grant will continue to manage global alliances, while Ian Bowles will run the general business unit. No reasons were given for Swann's departure.
