Psion Dacom has announced its new range of PC connectivity cards, dubbed the Gold Card NetGlobal series.
The Gold Card NetGlobal range includes single function Ethernet PC Cards in 32-bit Cardbus (10/100Mb) and a 16-bit PCMCIA format as well as a multifunction card.
Prices for Gold Card NetGlobal are expected to start from #70 for the 10Mb card, #109 for the CardBus 10/100Mb, #109 for the 10/100Mb card and #199 for the 56K modem and 10Mb card.
Developed in conjunction with Ositech Communications, Gold Card NetGlobal is aimed at professionals who need reliable Ethernet connectivity combined with a high-speed modem, GSM or ISDN connectivity when working on the road. All Ethernet and most PC operating system standards are supported by the range.
Psion Dacom will also offer ISDN functionality in a Gold Card Global 56K + ISDN priced at #290, or with an ISDN Upgrade Adapter priced at #145. Gold Card ISDN uses DIVA ISDN technology developed in partnership with Eicon Technology. The ISDN upgrade adapt0r is priced at #145.
