Mustang Software has released an update of its Email routing application with enhanced tracking and resolution capabilities to enable companies to better resolve inquiries and more efficiently handle message and customer histories. Internet Message Center Version 2.2 includes a new IMC Agent interface and now enables customer service representatives to see a customer's message history, in addition to threaded individual message histories, within the IMC Agent client application upon receipt of Email enquiries. The IMC 2.2 Agent client supports previews of standard response templates and drag-and-drop functionality to import responses into a representative's existing Email client for response delivery. IMC 2.2, which runs on Windows 95, 98 or NT, is priced at $10,000 (#6,135) per server and includes two agents.
