Our thoughts at TS this week are with the ever so brave boys and girls at the English ICA who are having to battle the wintry elements at their desks while the windows at their Moorgate office are being replaced. To add insult to injury for our frozen friends, we believe the improvements to the London office have taken quite a while to complete. We first got wind of the work during the summer. We only hope the contractors are not charging by the hour.
