A Texas judge has refused a request by the attorney general of the state to injunct Microsoft to lift non disclosure agreements (NDAs) from third parties.
Dan Morales, the attorney general, had said he needed the injunction so he could investigate licensing agreements that allegedly breaches the Republic of Texas antitrust laws.
