Platinum Technology and Intel have started shipping the first fruits of their development deal, which was announced last December.
Version 1.50.2 of Landesk Configuration manager for configuring desktop software was originally sold by Intel bundled with its processors, but has now been packaged as a software-only application for Intel-based servers.
It is available via the chip giant's indirect channel and will be integrated into the next release of Platinum's ProVision systems management software.
