Dell is to announce this week that it will factory-install Novell's Internet Caching System software on its PowerEdge network servers. The Internet Caching Appliance downloads Web pages commonly accessed by company employees onto the company intranet. Shipping in the UK will be "within months", the company said. Compaq made a similar announcement earlier this month.
