Microsoft has added a shopping channel to its newly designed MSN portal site.
The MSN Shopping Channel includes a mixture of well-known online brands and traditional retailers.
Microsoft has signed up 12 retailers as ?anchor? partners which get top billing on the channel. These include Principles, HMV, Ticketmaster, Exchange and Mart, Interflora, Innovations and Autotrader.
The channel has also enlisted a secret shopping guru, to be announced Monday, who wil act as an online personal shopper providing advice on what to buy online.
