US online development and design company, Saltmine Creative, has opened its first European office in London to serve customers including British Petroleum.
The site will include data centre and hosting facilities and the company claims it is the first US company to place a production team in Europe. It has even set up a UK subsidiary under managing director Eric Johnson.
Saltmine president Jayson Jarmon said: "From our new London offices we will be better positioned to serve clients."
The company lists Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard and the PGA Tour among its customers.
