Unisys is to provide customer service software to the Norwich and Peterborough Building Society as part of a $4.3 million contract.
The society will use Unisys' FBA Navigator to develop object oriented customer service applications. It will be implemented at the society?s head office and all its 64 branches by March 1998. The NT-based software will run on networked Hewlett-Packard PCs.
