Intel has released Intel Business Video Conferencing 4.0, the latest product in its desktop video conferencing line. iBVC 4.0 is now compatible with Windows NT Workstation 4.0 as well as Windows 95 and can run across a variety of transmission media, including ISDN, LANs and the Internet. New features include the ability to conduct conference calls between companies with secure firewalls, control the amount of bandwidth used in making video conferencing calls on LANs, and a call directory service similar to a phone book for finding other system users.
