A wide variety of companies interested in mobile commerce got together to take part in the demonstration, including BT Cellnet, Barclaycard, Sony, Ericsson, Gemplus, Brokat, and Logica. Applications for mobile commerce shown off by the partners included travel planning and ticket purchase, credit card transactions, and share purchase.
