Cisco is to acquire network PBX systems supplier, Selsius Systems for $145 million.
The startup develops network PBX products for IP telephony and will help Cisco move from proprietary circuit-switched PBXs to Lan systems. Selsius' IP phones and call manager software enables small and medium business and branch offices to migrate voice traffic onto data networks.
