Sterling will pay $25 million to acquire US federal IT contractor Mystech Associates. The stock transaction has already been unanimously approved by the Mystech board and is likely to be finalised next month.
Sterling will merge its new unit into its existing federal systems division, claiming it was particularly attracted to Mystech for its penetration in US Army contracts.
