Today's lawsuit against Intel is from Intergraph, the NT hardware and software developer. This alleges that Intel is trying to take without remuneration valuable patent rights related to a cache memory management architecture that Intergraph said is used in Pentium processors. As a result Intergraph is suing Intel for damages and an injunction to block Intel's anti-competitive behaviour.
