Compaq faces a $10 billion lawsuit in the US from the publisher of a handbook on the correct use of computer keyboards. The suit, filed last year by New York based Ergonome, was revealed this week by the plaintiff's lawyers. It claims that Compaq infringed copyright by distributing copies of the book and then acted fraudulently in its dealings with the publisher.
