Hewlett-Packard said today it would proceed with its case against Xerox after a US district court ruled against its request that Xerox be forced to change the packaging on its toner print cartridges. Xerox is selling cartridges compatible with HP's line of desktop printers, which HP claims are infringing against its trademarks.
