Associated Electronic Publishing, the new media arm of Associated Newspapers, has become the first UK company to use NetGravity software on its Web site (www.ukplus.co.uk). NetGravity's AdServer, widely used in the US by search engines such as Yahoo and Excite, tracks and reports on customer's use of Internet-based ad campaigns. Other functions include dynamic targeting. For example, AdServer can be primed to deliver an ad for a Mercedes C190 if a user has requested information on a BMW 3 series. (www.netgravity.com).
