More fathers to hit the Net
Eight out of 10 fathers will surf the Internet regularly in the next century, according to a survey by Legal & General called Millennium Dad.
More than half of UK dads already use the Internet, with a quarter more saying they intend to get a connection. One in three will manage their finances online in 2000, the report predicts. A third will also use the Internet to play games, 58% will use it to communicate with friends and family, and 60% to find information on products and services.
