User owned ISP Blue Carrots has launched a shopping portal to offer discounts and cashback to its members.
By signing up to the site, Carrotshop.com, members will get a new email address which, when used at the site's stores, will give cashback of up to 15 per cent.
Chart CDs are on offer at £8.63 including Vat and delivery, with a further 10 per cent cashback on every purchase. Shoppers joining up with Carrotshop will also receive 1000 Blue Carrot shares and a free Carrotmail email address.
Steve Masters, online director at Blue Carrots, said: "The email is the key to the cashbacks. Each time you go shopping at one of our partners' stores, you use your Carrotmail address. These shops give data back to us about your purchase, and we give you your cashback out of our commission."
Shoppers will receive a cheque for their cashback amount on 1 December each year, or they can redeem some or all of it using other methods yet to be announced.
Launched in August, Blue Carrots offers shares to all new subscribers with the intention of eventually floating or selling the company.
