A Texas judge has awarded a summary judgement to Novell in its battle against RTI over infringement of copyright. The judge ruled that Novell is entitled to $100,000 for each infringement. RTI filed for bankruptcy in 1995 after Novell originally sued it for illegally manufacturing and selling counterfeit software.
