Micro Focus Group has bought an Australian distributor, Advanced Software Engineering (ASE), for $2.4 million (Aus$4 million). ASE is an enterprise software and services distributor with headquarters in Melborne and Sydney. In a statement Micro Focus said the deal was part of its strategy to grow the company through global acquisitions.
