Sources close to the IBM Personal Systems group said that Mike Lunch, general manager of the UK division, is to leave the position.
No successor has yet been appointed and IBM said it can neither deny nor confirm the reports.
Lunch is expected to take up another, as yet unspecified, position in the Personal Systems group, possibly connected to channel development.
Last week, Buell Duncan, general manager of IBM's system group in the Emea region, said terms and conditions for its business (channel) partners were being revised.
