A US federal judge has rejected a request by Hewlett Packard to stop Xerox from selling printer cartridges compatible with HP's printer range. The computer company claimed the packaging made the cartridges look misleadingly like its own products. This may be only the first spat between the two companies as Xerox seeks to grab a decent share of HP's desktop printer market dominance.
