Rugby club London Irish is to provide Internet access to its members as part of a #50,000 marketing campaign. Connect 2 London Irish, will be run by Microsoft technology partner Explorer. Subscribers will pay #10 a month for email addresses, Web space and 28.8Kbps modem support. According to commercial director David Banks, the service will be aimed at members, juniors and thousands of Irish expats living abroad.
