Record company EMI has signed an agreement with Launch.com to show videos from its huge library on the newcommer's music site.
Launch.com is aiming to be the number one stop for music fans on the Internet. EMI will take a one per cent stake in Launch.com and will share in revenue from ads shown to viewers watching the EMI videos online.
EMI's labels include Capitol Records, Virgin and Blue Note. The company distributes CDs from artists including Fat Boy Slim, Smashing Pumpkins and Janet Jackson.
