Intel has taken a 20 per cent share in a Lockheed Martin subsidiary only a few days after the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) cleared its acquisition of Chips & Technologies.
Said an Intel representative: ?We can confirm we have taken over 20 per cent of the company which is owned by Lockheed Martin.?
She added: ?There are no antitrust issues and the FTC is not interested in investigating this.?
