Have you ever thought how much it costs advertisers to send you junk mail? Or how it would be cheaper to pay you to read their wretched adverts than bother with all those ridiculous promotions?
That's just what the developers of www.cybergold.com thought. They are paying people to look at it. Users fill in details about their interests so ads can be targeted at them.
They are get told which ads they should look at. Typical payments are said to be between $1 or $2 an advert to signed-up users.
That's the idea, anyway. We filled in our details but no-one has got back to us yet. We set up our script to log the site one hundred times an hour, opened an account for the cash, and we still live in hope.
