Netscape's beta version of Communicator is available for review a week early, but there's no sign of Netcaster, the crucial push component.
US reports suggest it won't be available for at least a month.
Sam Sethi, Netscape's UK product marketing manager, said: "Netcaster is available from 15 May. The delay was due to late changes and add-ons in Communicator, which we wanted to test with Netcaster. The Smart Update feature of Communicator that provides the updates will include Netcaster from mid-May, and it will have the same review status as Communicator."
He said that both Communicator and Netcaster will be available in their final and complete form from early June.
