Internet company Excite has extended its international presence via a joint venture with Australian publisher Liberty One.
The partnership will establish a new company, Excite Asia-Pacific, and create an Excite-branded, advertising and commerce Web portal for the Australian market. The company will then build localised portals for New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore.
