The online arm of European business school Insead has joined forces with e-learning company Academee to deliver an online customer relationship management (CRM) course.
Aimed at managers responsible for advising on CRM strategy, the course provides an understanding of the theory behind CRM and examples of its application in the workplace supported by data and information on real-life experiences.
A collaborative e-learning environment allows participants to share experiences and join in discussions with learners from other organisations. It is facilitated by an online coach.
"The ability for anyone involved in CRM to access online a course that is wholly dedicated to this subject, how to approach it and what to expect, is invaluable for organisations in any sector, said Insead OnLine managing director Jane Sommers-Kelly.
The two-hour introduction to CRM costs £200. Insead OnLine offers seven e-learning courses to complement the business school's traditional executive education programmes.
Five new courses are planned for March 2002 in areas including CRM, financial accounting, managing innovation risk and people management.
