Analysts reckon AOL is in good shape, despite losses of $11.8 million in its Q4 financial results. The ISP, which is the largest in the world with over 8.6 million subscribers, showed strong revenue from advertising, online transaction fees and better quality service. AOL has spent $350 million on speeding up access with a massive modem expansion, which it says enables it to support 11 million users. For the year, AOL made a loss of $499.3 million on revenue of $1.69 billion.
