As it warned earlier this week, Hewlett Packard saw a sharp third quarter decline in earnings, which fell by 13 per cent to $685 million or 65 cents per share.
Net revenues rose 16 per cent, however, to $12.04 billion from $10.34 billion.
Europe outperformed this growth with 19 per cent revenue increases, and the US saw 20 per cent, but Asia managed only one per cent after its recent economic crisis.
