Manx & Overseas, the diversified mini-conglomerate, has merged its Internet businesses into a single company.
It is pooling its holdings in Enterprise,an Internet access provider, and Smartnet, a web design house,into a new company called Integem. M&O will own 56.2 per cent of Integm, which will have a turnover of L#1 million per year.
M&O's share of the losses from its Internet businesses was #160,000 in the six months to March 31. It said Integm should become profitable.
