The government has launched an investigation into how the UK wants to interact with the public sector. It has commissioned BMRB International and the Policy Studies Institute to examine the attitudes of individuals and small businesses twoards interacting with the government electronically. The research will be completed in July 1998 with the first results ready by the Spring.
