Microsoft plans to release the second beta of its Software Development Kit (SDK) for the Web-based Enterprise Management initiative it entered into last year with a group of suppliers including BMC Software. The scheme is intended to come up with a framework to enable vendors to write applications that can manage Internet-based hardware, software and networking resources.
