The public face of AT&T has received a facelift as the telecomms giant addresses increasing pressures in its home and international markets.
Marilyn Laurie, executive vice president in charge of public relations and corporate advertising, will now concentrate on managing its $1 billion-plus advertising spend.
Public relations will be headed by John Zeglis, AT&T?s general counsel and a senior executive vice president.
AT&T?s customer care centre now falls under the remit of the consumer unit while product management is reassigned to the business division.
