Two directors at Netcom OnLine Communication Services have resigned, leaving the Internet Service Provider with only five members on its board. Lawrence Lepard and Ofer Nemirovsky were both outside directors of the company and were its original investors when it went public in 1994. Netcom has not provided a reason for the departures.
