Senate Judiciary chairman Orrin Hatch said yesterday he would convene a second hearing into Microsoft's alleged domination of the software industry later this month.
The first hearing in March saw testimony and heated exchanges between Microsoft chairman Bill Gates and representatives from Sun, Netscape and Dell. This time independent software vendors will be allowed to testify about the damage they believe Microsoft's monopoly has done to their businesses.
