Swan Solutions, a company designing and manufacturing computer telephony integration (CTI) software, is to launch the latest developments to its "ready to go" Callview CTI enabling package. Enhancements include a Wizard ACD module which incorporates formal call centre tools which provide in-depth real time and historical call centre analysis along with a desktop wallboard function that provides real-time configurable call statistics on the agent's PC to make it a one-stop-shop for telephony software. Bart Delgado, managing director at Swan, said: "Call centre managers need access to real-time information. We have developed Callview to give those managers information which can be accessed from their desktop computers at the click of a button."
