Angry MCI investors have slapped another shareholder lawsuit on the US telco, alleging that it failed to advise them that the merger with BT was being renegotiated.
The investors accuse MCI and certain directors and officers of making "false and misleading statements". They take issue over MCI's filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, which suggested that the merger terms would remain unchanged.
