Sage describes it as a 'fully customisable business solution to managing customer relationships.'
A spokesman said: 'Sage TeleMagic Enterprise offers a flexible means of managing information received from business contacts. Each screen can be designed to look and feel the way you want it to, as well as enabling you to create specific forms for each department within the organisation. Different fields are also available to store information such as telephone and fax numbers, as well as giving you the option of creating your own fields.'
'TeleMagic's email system is designed to give businesses access to millions of customers and future prospects via the Internet. Users can now send and receive e-mail so it can be categorised in a number of different ways, for example, by customer name or post code.'
