Oracle has shored up its European management team by appointing a series of officials including Sergio Giacoletti, former president of value-added services at AT&T, who comes in as vice president of alliances, and Frank Moelhoff, also formerly of AT&T, who becomes vice president of human resources. Mario Bonzano, former European president for AT&T Europe, becomes vice president for Southern Europe and country manager for Italy. They all report to Pier Carlo Falotti, who himself is an ex-AT&Ter, but the company is still looking for a sales manager in Germany.
