FTP Software is continuing to pare itself down to its core business as it sells its Keyview file viewing and filtering utility to document management specialist Verity for $1.5. Keyview will operate as a separate business unit under the Verity name and its product line will replace Quickview, licensed from Inso, in Verity's Search 97 range.
