Online analytical processing (Olap) software supplier Prism Solutions has agreed to acquire Customer Focus International (CFI) for 2.8 million of its shares, in a deal valued at approximately $12.5 million. CFI, which sells Olap-based customer relationship management applications for the financial services sector, will become Prism's Vertical Solutions Strategic Business Unit. This will be headed by Thuan Phan, CFI's current president and chief executive.
