T-Mobile has launched a shared mobile phone tariff that brings together the bills for all family members.
FamilyShare offers a monthly package of calls and texts spread out between a family group.
The billing system also includes unlimited calls between members of a group at no extra cost.
If the family runs over its overall allowance, extra calls are charged at 20p per minute for voice calls, 20p per MMS and 10p per SMS.
However, a minimum 18-month contract applies to all numbers on the shared tariff.
"The launch of a shared tariff dedicated to family members is an industry first," said a T-Mobile spokesman.
"Current Family services available on the market do not allow for an entirely shared allowance or provide truly unlimited calls between family members."
FamilyShare plans start at £55 a month for two users sharing 500 minutes and 300 texts.
The highest-level package, FamilyShare Max, costs £150 a month with an allowance of 2,100 minutes and 600 texts.
Additional family members cost £15 a month to add to the service, with a maximum of five users in one family group.
The FamilyShare tariff is available from 1 September.
