China is undergoing a technology boom as share prices of internet and communucations companies rocket.
According to SiliconValley.com, companies NetEase.com, Sina, Sohu.com, Chinadotcom, AsiaInfo Holdings and Qiao Xing Universal Telephone all posted significant gains this week.
The firms were among the top gainers on Nasdaq because of indications they are showing profits.
NetEase.com is an internet applications and services specialist. Chinadotcom, an Asian internet company, is based in Hong Kong, while Sohu and Sina.com are also Asian, based in China.
According to one analyst, internet and telecoms business in China is really booming.
